following Covid19 regulations, some of our services may be different or limited

WHAT ARE THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Rates are per person/per day (10% VAT included) and they include:

  • Italian style buffet breakfast (served by one of our staff)
  • 1 parking space per room
  • Wi-Fi connection is available in the rooms and common areas inside the hotel.


WHICH SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Beach service is available upon reservation and includes: 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella per room. The cost is €15.00 from the 18th to the 3rd row, €20.00 for the 2nd row, and €25.00 for the 1st row if available.


HOW IS THE BUFFET SERVED?

The breakfast buffet is served by our wait staff.


DOES THE RATE INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX?

No, the amount for the summer 2020 is € 1,30 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 10 don't have to pay it.


WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-IN?

From 14:00


AND THE CHECK-OUT?

Until 10.00 a.m.


CAN I CHECK IN BEFORE 12.00?

Early check-in is possible (depending on the availability of the rooms and only in agreement with the management)


WHAT TIME IS THE LATE CHECK-OUT?

Rooms must be vacated by 10 am including parking and the beach. Late check-out, if available, must be requested the evening before the day of departure and is charged 50% of the cost of the room until 6 pm.

WHAT ABOUT THE PARKING SPACE?

Your parking space is available from 12 a.m. of your arrrival day until 10 a.m. of your departure day.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE BEACH ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?

Yes, for a fee, based on the availability of the private beach.


ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No, and we rely on your understanding if pets are not allowed in the hotel.


HOW CAN I PAY?

Cash until €1.999 (in agreement with Italian laws until 1st July 2020) By credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, BANCOMAT.


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO CONFIRM MY ROOM?

A credit card is required as a guarantee.


CANCELLATION POLICY FROM 1st APRIL 2020

  • Cancellation / changes made 10 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. Late cancellations or no show involve the loss of the entire deposit. In case of early departures (one day or more) will be charged the entire period booked. The rooms booked are available from 12:00am on arrival day until 10:00am of the departure day.
  • Please note that in case of no show you will lose the entire amount of the deposit.
  • If at your arrival you don’t respect the agreement made at the time of booking, as shown above, the management reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the stay booked.
  • Any booking variations must be communicate at least 10 days before arrival, in writing via email, fax or post.
